Be sure to include the following information:
1. The name of your fashion event
2. The date, start time, and end time
3. The address (at this time, we are only accepting Toronto-based events)
4. Indicate whether your event is invitation only or open to the public
5. If invitation only, provide a contact email address for ticket requests
